PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical image processor and medical image processing program, which can precisely correct even an original image having no corresponding projection data without increasing a cost.SOLUTION: The medical image processor includes: an image conversion means; a correction means; a reconstruction means; and an output means. The image conversion means converts an image into the projection data corresponding to a rotation position. The correction means corrects the converted projection data. The reconstruction means reconstructs the corrected projection data to create a corrected image obtained by correcting the original image. The output means outputs the corrected image. |
