The device has a conveyer to transport vehicles from a lower floor (2') to an upper floor (2) and vice versa. A non-accessible parking unit is provided with a set of parking lots for the vehicles assigned with utilization units i.e. homes. The conveyer has vertical and horizontal conveyer units such that the vehicle is transported from the lower floor to a freely-accessible transfer station arranged in the lower floor. The utilization units are arranged in the transfer station such that the vehicle is transported from the transfer station to an idle parking lot and vice versa. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a method for parking a vehicle in a building (2) a method for unparking a parked vehicle in a multi-storey building. |
