PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a document management device and a document management program with which it is possible to register a character string the meaning of which is wanted to be known without taking time, and to display the meaning of the registered character string easily.SOLUTION: The present invention includes: accepting the attribute of a registrant in a character string registration mode in which a character string is registered; accepting the attribute of a person who does output in a sentence output mode in which a sentence is outputted; making a document read by a reading unit in the character string registration mode; detecting a character string to which a note is to be attached on the basis of the position of a read mark; searching a dictionary for the note of the detected character string; making the detected character string, the searched note, and the attribute of the accepted registrant stored by the storage unit in correlation; accepting the sentence to be outputted from the person who does output; acquiring the attribute of the creator of a sentence accepted on the basis of the document information on the accepted sentence; collating the accepted attribute of the person who does output, the acquired attribute of the creator, and the stored attribute of the registrant; selecting the character string stored in the storage unit on the basis of the result of collation; and outputting, along with the sentence, the note of the selected character string in correlation to the character string in the sentence.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 11 |
