An electric suspension device (12) includes a cylinder (28), a sub-tank (24), a first and second oil passage (48, 49), a damping force adjusting valve (50), and a damping force adjusting motor (51). The cylinder (28) is rotatable about a mounting axis (A1). The first oil passage (48) connects a first inner oil chamber (Cin1) and an outer oil chamber (Cout). The second oil passage (49) connects the first inner oil chamber (Cin1) of the cylinder (28) and an oil chamber (Coil) of the sub-tank (24).
