PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information extraction device and a program that efficiently extract regional information transmitted by an individual, improve readability of the regional information, and call attention to the regional information transmitted in a chain-reaction way.SOLUTION: An information extraction device 10 is configured to: periodically collect a comment submitted to an SNS; extract a comment including location name information; prepare a location name list 32 from periodically collected news scripts; judge whether the location name information stored in the location name list 32 is included in the extracted comment; extract a comment judged not to be included therein; output a list of the extracted comment for each location name to a display device 40; extract the same comment in comparison with the extracted comments among themselves; and notify a warning on the basis of the number of submitted same comments, a propagation rate of the same comment and whether a predetermined keyword is included in the same comment. |
