PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent fairness of a game from being damaged.SOLUTION: A game machine comprises: lottery means for using a numeric value acquired from first numeric value update means to derive one lottery result; delay means for determining a delay amount by using a numeric value acquired from second numeric value update means, and capable of executing delay control for delaying a timing of start of rotation by the determined delay amount to at least two or more reels among plural reels; and numeric value acquisition means for acquiring a numeric value at a timing so that a period from first acquisition of a numeric value to next acquisition of a numeric value becomes at least equal to or more than a predetermined period, when acquiring a numeric value for determining the delay amount from the second numeric value update means.
