PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the effect of noise on an electrical signal flowing in a flexible substrate of a radiation detector.SOLUTION: A radiation detector 30 includes a radiation detection panel 21, a support plate 20, a circuit board 23, a flexible substrate 18, and a noise shield body 24. The radiation detection panel 21 detects X-rays 37 and outputs an electrical signal. The support plate 20 supports a surface of the radiation detection panel opposite to the surface where the X-rays 37 are incident. The circuit board 23 is positioned on a side of the support plate 20 opposite to the side with the radiation detection panel 21, and drives the radiation detection panel 21. The flexible substrate 18 electrically connects a terminal block of the radiation detection panel 21 with a terminal block of the circuit board 23 by extending between the terminal blocks outward of the outer edge of the support plate 20. The noise shield body 24 includes a tabular fixed portion 51 extending to the circuit board and a tabular shield portion 52 standing from the fixed portion 51 in a direction from the circuit board 23 toward the support plate 20, and is formed of a conductive material. |
