The present invention discloses a cell interference investigation method and system, and a network manager, and is applicable in the field of communications. The cell interference investigation method of the present invention specifically discloses: a network manager issuing a collection task to a base station, receiving cell interference parameters collected by the base station in accordance with the collection task, and determining, in accordance with the received interference parameters, whether the cell is receiving interference. Unlike the prior art, the present invention allows for using a network manager to engage in cell interference investigation, thus avoiding service-affecting operations such as closing a cell in order to investigate the existence of interference or a base station cutting power, and does not require additional hardware costs or the deployment of other soft systems, thus reducing costs and decreasing the complexity of investigating interference. |
