A binding portion of basket-type grasping forceps has: a first binding portion (9) for fixing the proximal end of a first wire (5a) which is part of a plurality of basket wires (5); and a second binding portion (11) for fixing the proximal end of a second wire (5b) not connected to the first binding portion (9) among the plurality of basket wires (5), the second binding portion (11) being locked to the first binding portion (9) so as to be removable from the first binding portion (9), being capable of being accommodated in the interior of a case (2) together with the first binding portion (9) while locked to the first binding portion (9), and being held by the inner surface of the case (2) so as to be inseparable from the first binding portion (9) in the interior of the case (2). |
