PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a metal part with a three-dimensional structural edge without any cracks and wrinkles in a simple forming process from a high strength metal blank.SOLUTION: There is provided a producing mold used in production of a metal part with a three-dimensional structural edge, in which: a blank cut out from a metal plate and comprising a curved edge part 15 having both edges and a curved shape is used as a material; and the curved edge part 15 or/and a blank part adjacent to the curved edge part are made into a three-dimensional structure. Also provided are, on the curved edge part 15: a first process mold used in a folding line providing process in which a folding line for any one of convex folding or concave folding along with the curve (convex folding line 110, concave folding line and etc.) is provided; and a second process mold used in a three-dimensional structure forming process in which the curved edge part 15 or/and the adjacent blank part are made into three-dimensional structure based on the folding line by pushing, then, the center part between both ends of the curved edge part so that an interval therebetween is to be narrower. |
