PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a metal joined body which is formed by joining metal materials of different natural potentials with each other and improves corrosion resistance.SOLUTION: The metal joined body is formed by joining one metal material and another metal material having a higher natural potential than that of the one metal material with each other. The one metal material includes a sacrifice layer which covers an outer surface of the one metal material and has a natural potential lower than that of the one metal material. A resin layer is provided on an outer surface of a junction of the metal joined body, and the sacrifice layer present between the resin layer and the one metal material includes a discontinuous portion which is segmented over all the circumferential direction in a part of the metal joined body in a length direction. In the discontinuous portion, the resin layer covers the outer surface of the one metal material in contact therewith. A heat exchanger employing the metal joined body for a coolant flow passage is also disclosed. |
