PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel oil-in-water type sunscreen cosmetic.SOLUTION: The inventors have discovered that a cosmetic containing a titanium oxide having undergone hydrophobic treatment in an amount of 0.1-5.0 wt.%, a thickener in an amount of 0.1-1.0 wt.%, and an acrylic acid-based copolymer in an amount of 0.1-4.0 wt.% is useful as an oil-in-water type sunscreen cosmetic. |
