The reminder information transmission unit (112) then transmits the information to a user terminal (12). In response the the information received from the user terminal (12) indicating the objective completion status or the action implementation status, an advice stimulation unit (114) generates message information indicating the received objective completion status or action implementation status, transmits the message information to an adviser terminal (13), and transmits stimulation information prompting advice from the adviser. |
