PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a double-hung window capable of preventing a head of a frame body and a top rail of an outer sash from being separated from each other in a depth direction even in case of fire.SOLUTION: A double-hung window 100 includes a frame body 1 and inner and outer sashes 3 and 2. A head 11 of the frame body 1 has a suspension piece 11c on an outdoor side. The outer sash 2 has an extended piece 21b that overhangs upward from an outdoor side surface of a top rail 21. A groove 260 taking in a lower end of the suspension piece 11c is formed of the outdoor side surface 21a and the extended piece 21b of the top rail 21 of the outer sash 2. A separation prevention fitting 60 capable of being locked to the suspension piece 11c in a depth direction is provided within the groove 260. |
