PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To further stabilize quality of a wire rod by executing uniform cooling, regardless of a coarse-dense part of the wire rod, when cooling the superimposed ring-shaped wire rod carried on a cooling bed.SOLUTION: In a manufacturing line, a cooling bed 20 comprises a slit 22 for blowing an air-cooling blower into a wire rod 2 carried on a carrying surface 21a, an oblique lower mist nozzle 23a for injecting mist-like cooling water from the side oblique upper direction to the wire rod 2 and a horizontal mist nozzle 23b for injecting the mist-like cooling water from the side horizontal direction to the wire rod 2, and the oblique lower mist nozzle 23a and the horizontal mist nozzle 23b are arranged between the respectively adjacent slits 2, and the oblique lower mist nozzle 23a and the horizontal mist nozzle 23b are alternately arranged along the carrying direction of the wire rod 2. |
