The Al-Fe series aluminium alloy has grains whose average grain diameter is 5-20 mu m, and many grains whose lengthes are in the range of 0.6-0.8 times of thickness of Al-Fe series aluminium alloy, which are existed in the section of the foil rolling direction of the Al-Fe series alluminium alloy foil and in the direction of the thickness direction of the Al-Fe series alluminium alloy foil. The distances between the grains are above 1 mm.
