PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vinyl chloride-based polymer latex for flame-retardant, excellent in storage stability, and a fiber composite having good tone of color and good handling ability at flame retarding processing.SOLUTION: Provided are a vinyl chloride-based polymer latex for flame-retardant containing 1 to 10 pts.wt. of an alkyl benzene sulfonate and 0.05 to 2.5 pts.wt. of a higher fatty acid salt based on 100 pts.wt. of a vinyl chloride polymer and having an average particle diameter of 0.20 μm or less, and a fiber composite. |
