PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable an application server to acquire information showing a state of a session of communication terminals.SOLUTION: The communication device comprises: a protocol conversion unit 32 for converting a protocol between an application server 10 in which an application for providing a communication service is implemented and a SDP (Service Delivery Platform) server 40; a session state information acquisition unit 33 for acquiring, from a service provision server 40, session state information which shows information on a session state among communication terminals 60a to 60d managed by a service provision server 40; and a session state information notification unit 35 for notifying the application server 10 of the session state information. |
