PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic cleaning apparatus with a high added value by suppressing unpleasant noise at a low cost.SOLUTION: In an ultrasonic cleaning apparatus 10, an audible sound signal V(t) is input from an audible sound signal source 15 connected to an input port 21. In an ultrasonic oscillator 14, a carrier signal V(t) of an ultrasonic wave is modulated by the audible sound signal V(t), and an ultrasonic drive signal V(t) after the modulation that contains a frequency component of the audible sound signal V(t) and a frequency component of the carrier signal V(t) is output. An ultrasonic transducer 13 is driven by the ultrasonic drive signal V(t), and the ultrasonic wave is propagated from the ultrasonic transducer 13 into cleaning liquid W1 in a cleaning tank 11. An object 17 to be cleaned is cleaned by the ultrasonic wave propagated in the cleaning liquid W1 and audible sound is output by a differential sound component of the ultrasonic wave. |
