PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building panel and a building structure capable of reducing man-hours of work, capable of facilitating construction, and capable of achieving high heat insulation performance.SOLUTION: A building panel includes a frame body F, a first face material 5 closing one face of the frame body F, and a second face material 6 closing the other face of the frame body F. The building panel further includes cardboard 4a, 4b partitioning an internal space formed by the frame body F, the first face material 5 and the second face material 6 at a prescribed position in a thickness direction of the frame body F. The frame body F preferably includes a frame part and a lattice formed in the frame part. Thickness of internal spaces partitioned by the cardboard 4a, 4b is preferably within a range of 8 mm-15 mm, respectively. |
