PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seal member capable of ensuring sealability while constituting the seal member by a pair of elastic members which are to be engaged with each other, and a connector.SOLUTION: A seal member 4 consists of a pair of seal members 4A, 4B which forms a through hole 40 allowing an electric wire 100 to pass through in an axial direction by being engaged with each other, and can seal between an external surface 100c of the electric wire 100 and an inner surface 210a of a housing hole 210 for housing a part of the electric wire 100. The seal member 4 has a relative movement restriction structure for restricting a relative movement between external side seal lip parts 401A to 403A and external side seal lip parts 401B to 403B, and a relative movement between inner side seal lip parts 411A to 413A and inner side seal lip parts 411B to 413B in the through hole 40. The relative movement restriction structure has a first projection 60 formed on the first seal member 4A and a first recess part 70 formed on the second seal member 4B. |
