In the present invention, connectors are divided into a plurality of groups and branch line connectors that branch from a common branching point are assigned to the same group (S13). A priority is assigned to each group of connectors on the basis of the number of branch lines, the number of electrical wire circuits and so forth (S15). Using the obtained results, the order in which electrical wires that constitute a wire harness are to be inserted into connector housings is sequentially determined (S16 to S19). The insertion order of the electrical wires can be efficiently determined so that the occurrence of entanglements is reduced by making the priority high for electrical wires that pass through branch points where entanglement is likely to occur. A plurality of electrical wires are divided into different circuits for each of the groups to which connection-origin connectors and connection-destination connectors of the electrical wires belong, and the priority of each group is determined in accordance with the number of circuits included in the group. |
