A battery frame (20) including: a battery frame main body (21) made of resin that is disposed at a vehicle body lower side of a floor panel (12) and that supports a battery (70); and a ductile member (40) made of metal that is integrally provided to the battery frame main body (21), that is fastened and fixed to a lower face side of the floor panel (12), and to which the battery (70) is fastened and fixed.
