PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recording apparatus having a height lower than a guide surface, the height where a release part is brought into contact with a disk tray.SOLUTION: A recording apparatus includes: a device body; a feeding means having first and second rollers that discharge a transferred medium; a guide part having a guide surface for guiding the transferred medium; a roller support part that can switch a first state that supports the second roller and brings the second roller in contact with the first roller and a second state that is pushed by the transferred medium and separates the second roller from the first roller; and a release part that is swingably provided in the roller support part and is hanged to block a transferring path of the transferred medium in a not-engaged state with the transferred medium. A contact position at which the release part is in contact with the transferred medium in a direction crossing the feeding direction of the transferred medium is out of an area where the guide surface is formed and the contact position in the height direction is lower than the guide surface. |
