PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an opening/closing driving device for a vehicular door in which part of a housing is used in common for different models of vehicles.SOLUTION: The opening/closing driving device for the vehicular door includes a driving side sub assembly in which a motor 7 and a reduction gear 9 pivotally supported by a pivotal shaft 8 and reducing the speed of rotation of the motor 7 are assembled on a first housing 5, and a driven side sub assembly in which a rotating drum 12 pivotally supported by the pivotal shaft 8 and rotatable together with the reduction gear 9 and cables 10, 11 wound on and connected to the rotating drum 12 and each connected at one end delivered from a second housing 6 to a door are assembled on the second housing 6 formed separately from the first housing 5. The driving side sub assembly and the driven side sub assembly are constructed separately from each other, and the driven side sub assembly can be assembled on the driving side sub assembly from the axial direction of the pivotal shaft 8. |
