The differential mechanism 20 is configured such that a rotation machine 30 is connected to the first rotation element Ca2, a second rotation element S1 and a second rotation element S2 are integrally rotatably connected, a first input shaft 13 is connected to a third rotation element R1, a second input shaft 14 is connected to a third rotation element R2, and a minute difference is set between a gear ratio &rgr;1 of the first planetary gear mechanism 20A and a gear ratio &rgr;2 of the second planetary gear mechanism 20B.
