PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a zeolite membrane complex applicable particularly in the presence of organic acid or under high water content conditions, capable of separating or concentrating a mixture of gas or liquid containing organic matter, economical without requiring a high energy cost, and combining a practically sufficient throughput and separating performance with no restrictions on an application range.SOLUTION: A specific amount of zeolite membrane raw material is stuck to an inorganic porous support of specific length and subjected to calcination to form a specific amount of zeolite crystal layer. |
