PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform air conditioning capable of making operators involved in an assembly line feel comfortable.SOLUTION: Conditioned air A that is supplied from an air conditioner 18 and a temperature of which is adjusted to a temperature equal to or higher than an optimum temperature for operators 26 is blown onto a floor from a floor surface diffuser 22 opening to a floor surface on which an assembly line 12 is installed at a position offset outward in a width direction in a work area 20 of the assembly line 12 via an underfloor space portion 16 provided under the floor surface. A blower 24 blows the conditioned air A onto the floor in such a manner that an extension direction of the assembly line 12 crosses an air blow direction of the air from a blow port of the blower 24 at a sharp angle, thereby providing a blow residual speed in the work area 20. By doing so, a sensory temperature of each operator 26 is made lower than an actual temperature of the conditioned air A blown from the floor surface diffuser 22. In addition, a problem where intensive strike of the conditioned air A on a part of a body of each operator 26 excessively cools the part of the body of the operator 26 can be avoided. |
