The invention relates to a spreading device for two or more clad material sheets (2, 3) used for manufacturing at least two parallel strips formed from products of the tobacco-processing industry. The spreading device comprises turning roll subgroups (4, 5) with a number the same as that of the clad material sheets (2, 3) and comprises corresponding single turning rolls (6, 7, 8, 9). The clad material sheets (2, 3) are turned on different side surfaces correspondingly on the turning rolls. The turning rolls (6, 7, 8, 9) are inclined in such a manner that the clad material sheets (2, 3) turned thereon retreat from the turning roll subgroups (4, 5) in a way of shifting sidewise parallelly with respect to the input direction (I, III). The turning roll subgroups (4, 5) are arranged to be shifted relative to each other in the clad material sheet (2, 3) conveying direction. |
