PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a terminal device which can suitably suppress a display content to be seen by others, a server, a display system, and a program.SOLUTION: When an inclination angle &thetas; of a terminal device 1 is kept in the state where the angle is &thetas;th or larger and other person than an input person can easily peep at the display screen of a display unit, inclination determination means of the terminal device 1, on the basis of output of an inclination sensor 104, determines the inclination angle &thetas; is &thetas;th or larger, and display control means displays a peeping prevention screen on the display unit. When the inclination angle is less than &thetas;th and other persons than an operator cannot easily peep at the display screen of the display unit, the inclination determination means, on the basis of the output of the inclination sensor 104, determines the inclination angle is less than &thetas;th, and the display control means displays an input screen on the display unit. |
