PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat seal blade for a lateral seal roller which is configured on the assumption that failures such as pinholes are prevented, and by which the preparation of many heat seal blades is not required, thereby facility cost is reduced and also the replacement of the heat seal blades according to a change in bag width is not required, thereby an increase in work man-hours is suppressed.SOLUTION: A heat seal blade for a lateral seal roller is attached to each of a pair of lateral seal roller bodies 2 which are arranged in parallel and in proximity to each other, and rotationally driven in directions opposite from each other. The heat seal blade extends in the axial direction of the lateral seal roller body 2, and also the outer surface of the blade has a continuous arc-shape in the circumferential direction of the lateral seal roller body 2. Seal outline edges 8a and 8b of at least one of the heat seal blades 3 for the pair of the lateral seal rollers 1 are formed in a curved wavy shape in which edges are continuous in the whole length of a lateral sealing part. |
