PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a valve timing adjusting device capable of suppressing oscillation and positional deviation of a spiral spring, and rotation of a washer with respect to a vane rotor with a simple configuration.SOLUTION: A valve timing adjusting device 1 includes: a housing 3; a vane rotor 5; a washer 6 provided between a bolt 21 and the vane rotor 5; a spiral spring 10 for energizing the vane rotor 5 in an advance direction with respect to the housing 3; and a stopper pin 8. The stopper pin 8 is fitted to a fitting hole 57 of the vane rotor 5 by being inserted through an engaging groove 62 of the washer 6, and also it comes in contact with an innermost peripheral part 13 of the spiral spring 10 from inside. |
