镍‑铬‑铝‑铁‑合金作为电极材料的用途,所述镍‑铬‑铝‑铁‑合金具有(以重量%计)12至28%的铬,1.8至3.0%的铝,1.0至15%的铁,0.01至0.5%的硅,0.005至0.5%的锰,0.01至0.20%的钇,0.02至0.60%的钛,0.01至0.2%的锆,0.0002至0.05%的镁,0.0001至0.05%的钙,0.03至0.11%的碳,0.003至0.05%的氮,0.0005至0.008%的硼,0.0001‑0.010%的氧,0.001至0.030%的磷,至多0.010%的硫,至多0.5%的钼,至多0.5%的钨,剩余为镍和由方法造成的常见杂质,其中必须满足如下关系:0<7.7C–x·a<1.0(2),其中当PN>0时,a=PN(3a),或当PN≤0时,a=0(3b),并且x=(1.0Ti+1.06Zr)/(0.251Ti+0.132Zr)(3c),其中PN=0.251Ti+0.132Zr–0.857N(4),并且Ti、Zr、N、C为相关元素以质量%计的浓度。 |
