PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To propose a sealing plug having high fitting power to the neck part tip of a container to enable reliable sealing of the container, easy to open when opening, and enabling certain visual judgment on whether an illegal opening is done before a qualified opening of the container.SOLUTION: A sealing plug includes a base cap 1 which integrally connects a barrier plate 1a, that occludes a pouring opening of the container, to a double inside and outside cylindrical body formed of an inner cylinder 1b and an outer cylinder 1c and having an annular groove 1d opening downward and fixes and holds them with the annular groove 1d fitted into the neck part tip 2 of the container, and an annular belt 3 integrally connected to the base cap and surrounding the base cap to enhance the fitting power to the neck part of the container, wherein there are two or more connecting pieces 4 to connect the base cap and the annular belt to be rupturable by pulling up the annular belt 3 and a connection part 5 to connect the base cap and the annular belt to be unrupturable by pulling up the annular belt 3, between the lower end of the base cap 1 and the lower end of the annular belt 3. |
