PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nozzle plate capable of obtaining excellent liquid filling property and a joining state by preventing adhesion of a liquid-repellent film to a joint surface.SOLUTION: A nozzle plate 3 is formed with a nozzle 4 as well as formed with a plurality of penetration holes 41 along an outer periphery, and the outer periphery is cut out by cutting between the penetration holes 41. The maximum opening width of the penetration hole 41 is equal to or smaller than a diameter of the nozzle 4. A liquid-repellent film is formed on one surface of nozzle base material forming the nozzle 4 to prevent the liquid-repellent film from coming around a joint surface to a flow passage plate and adhering to the joint surface. |
