The present invention relates to a hospital bed (1) comprising a guide roller (2) attached to the bed (1) undercarriage (3), wherein said guide roller (2) can be positioned between storage and handling positions. Positioning of the guide roller (2) is executed by means of a pedal (4), the activation of which causes shift of a pull rod (5), which further acts on elements comprising a cam (14), a guide element (15) and a lever (17). For exertion of pressure on the guide roller (2) to a backing, there is used an elastic element (10), which has its one end connected to the bed frame, while the other end thereof is connected to a section (8). |
