[Class 39 (ii)] An electric torch or hand lamp comprises a lamp bulb, an accumulator, a transformer and a dry-contact rectifier, charging plugs and control switch, all within a casing constituting a selfcontained unit which when not used as a portable lamp can be plugged into the mains to recharge the accumulator.
