The design consists of the features of shape, ornament, pattern and configuration of the portion of the BAG WITH METALLIC CREPE DESIGN of variable length as shown in solid lines in the drawings. The broken lines in the drawings illustrate portions of the BAG WITH METALLIC CREPE DESIGN which form no part of the claimed design. The surface pattern that is on either side of the break lines repeats consistently and at regular intervals between the break lines.Figure 1 is a front perspective view of a bag with metallic crepe design wherein an interior bag is nested into an exterior bag showing the design;Figure 2 is a front elevational view of the design, the back view being a mirror image thereof;Figure 3 is an exploded view with the interior bag shown in the top nested inside the exterior bag and shown separately in the bottom for clarity of disclosure;Figure 4 is an enlarged view of the portion shown in Figure 1 indicated in broken-line square 4;Figure 5 is a cross-sectional view along line 5 - 5 of the portion shown in Figure 4: andFigure 6 illustrates the portion shown in Figure 4 in a stretched configuration. |
