PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminate that excels in appearance, antireflection and transparency and excels in a stain proofing property, and a method of manufacturing the same, and a transfer film that can obtain the laminate and a method of manufacturing the same.SOLUTION: There are provided: a method of manufacturing a transfer film to form a stain proofing layer on a surface where surface treatment of a peeling film is carried out after carrying out at least a kind of surface treatment selected from a hydrophilization treatment and treatment of coating and drying organic solvent to a surface of the peeling film; a method of manufacturing a laminate to form a transfer film laminate object by laminating a surface of a side where a stain proofing layer of a transfer film obtained above is formed, and a coating film to form an adhesive layer directly or through another layer, to form the transfer film laminate by obtaining the adhesive layer from the coating film to form the adhesive layer, and release a release film from the transfer film laminate; and the transfer film and the laminate obtained by these methods. |
