The processing means is configured to execute the instructions stored in the storage unit. The instructions comprise performing a measurement on at least one cell one time in an extended discontinuous reception (eDRX) cycle to obtain a measurement result; stopping performing at least one layer filtering mechanism on the measurement result; and transmitting the measurement result to a network. |
