PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce deterioration of a picture quality caused by a dark current, without prolonging a period for taking an image of one frame.SOLUTION: An imaging apparatus comprises: an imaging device 4 comprising plural sets of first and second photoelectric converters PDA and PDB adjacent to each other; and control means which performs control such that, after simultaneous and temporary resetting of the first photoelectric converters PDA of the respective sets and exposing of the first and second photoelectric converters PDA and PDB of the respective sets, the second photoelectric converters PDB of the respective sets are reset simultaneously and temporarily without resetting the first photoelectric converters PDA of the respective sets and thereafter, signals accumulated in the first and second photoelectric converters PDA and PDB of the respective sets are read. |
