PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of fabricating fuel cells (power cells) in an extremely small size, in very great quantity, and at a very low cost on a single substrate by using a semiconductor manufacturing method, and of self-cleaning the power cells in an array of such power cells.SOLUTION: A method includes the steps of: connecting at least one first power cell 4305 with a second power cell 4310 as a pulse generation cell, in a fuel cell array including a plurality of power cells; and driving the second power cell 4310 with a voltage required for cleaning catalyst of the at least one first power cell 4305. |
