PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biological information measuring device and a biological information measuring method that realizes measurement of biological impedance even if skin is not in direct contact with an electrode.SOLUTION: A biological information measuring device comprises: four electrodes 311 to 322 that come into contact with a human body directly or through an insulator in a first region 21 and a second region 22 which are provided along a conduction path allowing current to flow to the human body, and are aligned in a direction of the conduction path in each region two by two; selection means 4 that selects one set of electrodes from combinations of four electrodes; measurement means 5 that supplies AC current between the set of electrodes selected by the selection means, and measures impedance between the electrodes; and calculation means 6 that calculates impedance of the human body by calculating the impedance measured for two combinations of electrodes in the first region and in the second region, the impedance measured between the electrodes in the first region 21 and the impedance measured between the electrodes in the second region 22. |
