PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lithium ion secondary battery and a battery which have a new structure reducing inconveniences by achieving a simpler and smaller structure for example.SOLUTION: In a lithium ion secondary battery according to one embodiment, each coil part is flatly formed by winding a pair of sheet like electrodes and a sheet like inclusion disposed between the pair of electrodes. In a housing, multiple housing parts, which respectively house the coil parts with the coil parts immersed in an electrolyte and are arranged parallel to each other, are provided. The housing has outer wall parts and inner wall parts, each of which divides the adjacent housing parts from each other. The outer wall parts and the inner wall parts are integrally formed. A lid is coupled to the housing and covers multiple openings respectively corresponding to the housing parts. Penetration parts, in which the electrodes penetrate, are provided at the lid. A seal part is provided between the housing and the lid and seals the multiple housings so that the multiple housings are divided from each other. |
