摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration measurement device and a vibration measurement method of rotating blades achieving reduction in an installation number of detectors and being subsequently capable of acquiring vibration characteristics of the rotating blades in a desired angular range.SOLUTION: A vibration measurement device for measuring vibration of a plurality of rotating blades provided on a rotating shaft comprises: a plurality of detectors being provided in detection regions of a part of an angular range out of the entire angular range in a circumferential direction of the rotating shaft so as to face the plurality of rotating blades and being configured so as to acquire detection signals indicating adjacency of the rotating blades; and a signal processor for processing the detection signals of the plurality of detectors. The signal processor includes: a partial waveform acquisition section for acquiring a partial waveform representing the vibration of the rotating blades in the detection regions on the basis of the detection signals of the plurality of detectors; and a waveform complement section for complementing the partial waveform by a symmetrical waveform having a mirror symmetry shape with respect to an amplitude direction of an inverted waveform in which a phase of the partial waveform is inverted and acquiring a complement waveform representing the vibration of the rotating blades in an angular range greater than that of the detection regions.
