A garment 1 having an interior skin contacting surface arranged to minimise movement of the garment with respect to the skin. The garment may be seamless or may have seams configures such that the interior skin contacting surface is substantially smooth. The garment is preferably a tight fitting elasticated item of clothing such as a stocking or a bodysuit, though it may contain integrated gloves, socks of separate accessories. There may be zippers or hook and loop fastenings to aid in securing the garment to the body. Preferably towelling fabric may form at least part of the inner surface of the garment and the outer surface may be smooth to prevent snagging. |
