PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical deflection element adaptable to a larger light-emitting area and having a high uniformity of luminance in a light emitting surface.SOLUTION: An optical control plate 31 has a light incident-side surface and a light emission-side surface opposing to each other. A light incident area 32 is formed on the light incident-side surface. Formed in an area opposing to the light incident area 32 of a light emission surface 28 are deflection patterns 52, which have a plurality of inclined planes inclined in a circumferential direction about the optical axis of light incident on the light incident area 32, spaced from each other and in a radial shape with the optical axis as a center. A light guide area 37 for guiding light in an outer peripheral direction is formed on an outer peripheral side of the light incident area 32 between the light incident-side surface and the light emission-side surface. |
