PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reagent capable of efficiently extracting a protein in culturing a transformant obtained by transforming E.coli using a vector containing a polynucleotide encoding the protein, and extracting the protein from inside of the cultured transformant; and a method for producing the protein by using the reagent.SOLUTION: There are provided an extraction reagent for a protein including at least a nonionic surfactant and a cationic surfactant, and a method for producing the protein by using the reagent. |
