PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sealing structure which suppresses the occurrence of such failures that a gasket is difficult to fit to a fitting groove, the gasket floats up from the fitting groove after the fitting and the gasket is inclined in the fitting groove, as much as possible and, at the same time, easily maintains the sealing property even when a blow hole exists in the other member with which a second edge surface lip comes into close contact.SOLUTION: A gasket integrally has first and second edge surface lips, first and second lateral surface lips which come into close contact with a groove lateral surface in the neighborhood of a groove bottom part of a fitting groove, and third and fourth lateral surface lips which come into close contact with the groove lateral surface in the neighborhood of a groove port part of the fitting groove. When a gasket width size on the first and second lateral surface lips is w, a gasket width size on the third and fourth lateral surface lips is w, a groove width size of positions with which the first and second lateral surface lips come into close contact is wand a groove width size of positions with which the third and fourth lateral surface lips come into close contact is w, the relation of w<wis satisfied in accordance with the relation of w<w. The second edge surface lip is set as a multi-stage lip structure. |
