PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new and improved container lid (2) made of synthetic resin which can sufficiently surely prevent a fastening means (30) from elastically moving across a fastening jaw section (44) without excessively increasing required initial torque for unsealing, or breaking a breaking line (16), while sufficiently breaking the whole of the breaking line that should be broken, and to provide a combination of the container lid made of synthetic resin and a container.SOLUTION: The container lid is raised to the mouth neck section by rotating the container lid which is fitted on the mouth neck section (40) in the opening direction. The fitting lower section (36) of a tamper-evident skirt section (20) is engaged with the outer peripheral surface (48) of the fastening jaw section, and also, the top surface of the fastening means is fastened to the lower surface (50) of the fastening jaw section. A tilting angle α of the tamper-evident skirt section in the above state is made a sufficiently small value. To reduce the tilting angle α, the distance X in the axial direction between the fastening top surface of the fastening means and the breaking line in the circumferential direction in the container lid is made larger. |
